Tehran is prepared to restart atomic talks with the United States provided that it is approached with "respect" and "honor", Tehran's top diplomat has declared.

The Iranian diplomat declared only diplomacy worked, and revealed recent overtures had originated from mediators to restart talks with the American leadership. He claimed Iran did not have unreported enrichment locations, and Iran was not yet able to permit the global atomic watchdog to inspect struck enrichment centers for security reasons.

Navigating a Complex Path
